Step 1: Select Your Furniture & Style
Choose from our premium selected DEKOR collection, tailored to your property. All items remain in showroom condition.
Step 2: Staging Period
Initial period: 2 months. Optional renewals: 1 months + 1 month.
Step 3: Return, Renew, or Purchase
Return in showroom condition, renew under escalated schedule, or convert staging fees toward purchase price. Delivery fees non-creditable.
Step 4: Inspection & Safety
All furniture is inspected upon retrieval. Any damage converts item to a purchase as described in the Staging Agreement.
Pricing & Terms
- Base staging fee = product cost per item (non-refundable)
- Delivery & logistics fees apply
- Renewal fees based on period length
- Cancellations or changes: some fees may apply
- Credit card required will be handled via Staging Agreement
