Colombian-born visual artist and interior designer Luisa Cristina Sepúlveda has found in painting a sacred space for expression, transformation, and boundless creative freedom. Trained as an interior designer at the Universidad Autónoma del Caribe in Barranquilla, she graduated with distinction from that institution.

Her artistic journey has been largely self-taught—guided by intuition, emotional sensitivity, and a profound connection to color and form.

Since 2005, Sepúlveda has dedicated herself entirely to painting, cultivating a distinctive voice through expressive acrylics, layered textures, and abstract compositions that evoke inner landscapes and emotional resonance. Her creative process is spontaneous and intuitive, unfolding without rigid structure—anchored in her belief in the authenticity of artistic exploration and the courage to listen to her inner voice.

Color, light, mysticism, and the delicate pulse of life are central to her work. Above all, her art is an act of love—a declaration that to create is not only possible, but essential.
